Adoption Process & Form

To apply to adopt a dog from you must firstly complete the adoption application form below, in full. You will receive a copy of the form emailed to yourself once the form successfully submits.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa, and so you can ask any questions you need to. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs.
