‘A dog for every job and a job for every dog’
Dogs Rehomed
Dogs4Jobs is a holistic working dog community service founded in November 2019, operating across Australia. Our main goals are rehoming working breed dogs from all walks of life, that are in need of a new purpose, or second chance, as well as striving to match a suitable dog to each individual, family, home and/or jobs’ requirements. Whether it’s working the couch and cuddles after a run and play, working the dog sports arena, working on the well-being of humans as a therapy or assistance dog, or working stock; we aim to make sure every dogs’ needs will be met.
Further to our primary purpose, we also work with the wider working dog community to provide relief and assistance to owners and their dogs in times of need or natural disasters, as well as delivering support, training and educational programs to assist in bettering outcomes for working breed dogs and people in the community.
A pupdate on Zeus 🐾
‘A shout out to all the amazing volunteers who care for dogs looking for homes. Zeus came to live with us late September and is a dream and definitely in the right place. We are so thrilled with him (and he with us).’

Meet the #legumepuppies! 🤩
These tiny 6-month-old mountain goats are lively, smoochy and incredibly clever. They are fast, light on their feet, confident and super engaged, and would excel at a dog sport or advanced training. They have a lovely off-switch when it's time to chill. 🥰
From working parents, these puppies will need experienced and active homes who will give them plenty of mental and physical stimulation to help them reach their full potential. 🏃♀️🏃♂️
Left to right:
☘️Clover (f) - teacher's pet who has a confident nature and is always ready to train and explore
🫘Lentil (m) - teeny tiny mini boy with a loyal nature who would happily spend his entire time by his person's side
🌱Alfalfa (f) - gentle girl who is devoted to her person and will choose cuddles over anything
🫛Pea (f) - playful girl with great focus who loves a smooch
These puppies are located in the ACT and are available Australia-wide by commercial transport.

'As soon as I saw his eyes, I knew he was meant to be ours. Frank has blended into our home like he was always a part of it, filling an empty space we had since the passing of our last rescue dog. With a huge soul and so much love to give, he is the most beautiful mannered doggy, who is adored by his new roomy Meekah (the odd couple) and his two brothers. Frank has truly won our hearts.' ... I can relate. My fur-baby is 8yrs old now. I got him from D4J (when it was H2H) and the instant I looked into his eyes on a profile pic, I just ‘knew’. He has also filled the space of my last rescue. I lasted 4wks without a dog. They were 4 excruciating weeks. When you grow up with dogs and you learn the unconditional love you can share, then living without them is very bleak. Happy Life Frank, I love the pic. They are showing synchronicity at its finest. Their body language is completely mirrored. 🥰
Makes the fostering of these dogs all worthwhile when you see an end result like this. Lucky family and pup
Thank you for inviting Frank into your loving home👏
