The first step in applying to adopt a dog is completing the adoption application form below.

If you prefer, you can copy your answers to an email and send directly to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au.

We will request for you to send in yard photos showing the fencing, access gates, yard space, shelter, where the dog will sleep or can be safely secured when unsupervised and any hazards etc, to confirm it will be a safe and suitable environment for a working breed dog.

To expedite your application, please have these ready to send.

Following this, we will put you in touch with the dogs’ foster carer to chat further over the phone.

The phone interview is the time you can ask any additional questions about the specific dog, and the foster carer can ask questions to ensure it will be a good fit for the dog and for you.

Our goal is to ensure each dog has its individual needs met, and each adoptive family finds the right dog to fit what they need.
